Upon entering the office, Pam will welcome you as a member of the Outback Chiropractic family. We request that you come a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out New Patient Papers in the office. This paperwork provides us with your health history as well as current concerns allowing us to better serve you.
After a short office tour, you will have a consultation to discuss your health-related concerns, as well as expectations from our office. This initial visit is designed to learn more about you and your goals and to determine how chiropractic care can help.
After your consultation, Dr. Chris will perform a complete chiropractic evaluation to determine if there is evidence of vertebral subluxation and gather all information needed to determine how our office can help you.
If necessary, Dr. Chris may perform specific x-rays. These allow Dr. Chris to take an in-depth look at the structure and condition of your spine. These x-rays ensure we can accurately identify your issue.
Report of Findings
Once all of the necessary information is collected, Dr. Chris will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions you may have including:
How can you help me?
How often do I need to come in?
What will my care plan cost?
After reviewing your health history, goals, and analyzing your x-rays, Dr. Chris will discuss his full recommendations for starting care. If you choose to move forward at this time, he will deliver your first adjustment at the conclusion of this report.
On a typical visit during the course of your care our friendly front desk will get you signed in electronically for your appointment and set up in your adjusting room. Visits will likely be more frequent in the beginning so we can monitor your progress along the way.
We look forward to being a part of your wellness routine!
